Gulf travels LLC - Visa and refund not received

I applied for Dubai Visa services from Gulf travels LLC I found offer on https://gulftravelsgroup.com/ for Dubai Visa so I contacted them and applied and paid.them Rs. *****/- on **th October **** and also shared the required documents with them. I was told that witin *days I will receive my Visa but not received and than after many time I called than they said they will refund full amount but its passed **days n more and still I chasing for the same. And now they are not responding me on call and msg. Even RBL card and Razorpay are not cooperating with me. RBL card said to file an dispute form and within *days you will get the refund. But now they are also giving me different stories.
