HDFC bank upgraded and downgraded my credit card without my consent. When confronted all their executives lied shamelessly. This is a serious violation of my privacy and trust. Everyone including their senior management isn’t honest.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
