Shaik A.S filed complaint against Eazy Shopp on Jul 11, 2019
The above Eazy Shopp signed agreement and acknowledgement letter on **/**/****. As per the acknowledgement, letter comments that we provide orders for dispatch in Kerala * to ** orders for delivery every day and a monthly minimum of *** orders. For each delivery surrounding *-** km rupees ***, **-** km *** and ** to *** km *,*** margin respectively. As per the agreement paid rupees **,*** in Eazy Shopp account no .*************, Canara Bank, Branch Indore through State Bank of India Attingal branch on **/**/**** and again requested rupees **,*** GST for starting a business and paid said the amount in Eazy Shopp account ( A/C.*************). Received stock on **/**/**** without any details like item description and contact details of the customer. These stocks are lying in my office for * months.
As per the agreement, the smooth functioning of our business arranged office and delivery boy till date waiting for the first order and losing rupees **,*** every month as office rent and salary. These all happened because of total negligence and breach of Agreement from M/s.Eazy Shopp. Now they are not answering my calls and Whatsapp. Only answering in webmail once in a week always stating delay because of server error, lack of coordination and difficult to get an order in my location. Eazy Shopp has to check the scope of work in my area before signing the agreement, without doing any business for what ground requested for GST.
