I am writing to you to Get Urgent Attention and Action on Our Appalling Customer Experience at Vijay Sales Malas West Link Road Branch.
PRODUCTS BOOKED
" Kent RO Water Purifier, IFB *.* Kg washing Machine, Caravan Radio - Dark Green Colour and Samsung Refrigerator *** litres"
*) Kent RO Water Purifier - CODE: **** ***** ****
Date of Purchase : **th April ****
Delivery : Same datr as above. We booked the product and carried it back with us at our address to avoid any delays as we needed drinking water.
Return Date = **th April ****
Status: Return due to horrible Post Sales Service.
*) IFB *.* Kg washing Machine & Samsung Refrigerator *** litres - CODE : **** *********
Booking Date: **th April ****
Status: No update on Refridgerator despite Multiple calls and communication. Faulty/Damaged Washing Machine delivered and returned today **st APR ****.
*) Caravan Radio Purchase date : **th April ****
Status: Speakers are faulty and need replacement/ Repair.
Dates Visited Vijay Sales Showroom
*) **th April **** and **th April **** : We visited Vijay Sales Showroom to check on the various options available for the above products and your manager Mr. Atul assured this that we would get the Best Price T Vijay Sales
*) We returned and placed the order for the Water Purifier (details mentioned above). After * days of back and forth with your service agents - Sai Enterprises, we had to return it. The Agents started off immediately with asking us to purchase a PRV valve for Rs. ****/- as the water pressure in the kitchen was too high, which we did on his recommendation and advise Post that, there was no water coming through the pipe. In addition to that, we were calling and following up for the service agent. Post fixing the PRV Valve, which was to control the pressure in the tap, the agent informed us that the pressure was too low. Vijay Sales Reps kept insisting that we give the agent few more chances. After going through all the ordeal, we finally decided to cancel after * days and returned the water purifier by ourselves to Vijay Sales Showroom. During this time, we visited Vijay Sales atleast *-* times to check on the other products. It was a complete waste of our time and utterly unproductive visits. We are still without Drinking water despite all the Urgent bookings.
*) We booked the Saregama Caravan Radio and that too is faulty and there is a jarring sound in the speakers which we now have to look at replacing or repairing. Again a waste of our time, effort and travel money to Vijay Sales Showroom yet again. Needless to say the mental stress caused by having to speak with innumerable points of contact and sales representatives.
*) We booked- IFB *.* Kg washing Machine & Samsung Refrigerator *** litres,
Booking Date: **th April ****. During the final price negotiations the Manager Mr. Atul confirmed to us that total price for the washing machine would be Rs. **,***/-, total price for the Fridge would be Rs. **,***/- (which includes the exchange for our old working single door fridge which is Minus Rs. ****) plus * years extended warranty for Rs. *,***/-. We were also informed that the delivery and installation would take a total of * days at the very maximum.
Based on Mr. Atul's approval, All the Bills were finalized and the EMI payment plans were processed.
We have made a down payment of Rs. *,***/- to book the Products.
However, we have been harassed since morning by having to follow up for all the product delivery for the washing machine and the delivery agent informing us that he would reach in half hour and then showing up *.* hours Late With a Damaged Washing Machine which we have returned.
When we followed up on the status of the fridge , Mr. Atul completely denied the personal of the pricing, despite us having all the bills. He is now going back on his word and asked us to deduct extra RS. ***/- on the fridge. During the conversation, we have also informed him that if required , we will keep our old fridge and sell it outside as we could get a higher price outside. WE ARE NOT GOING TO PAY A SINGLE PENNY MORE THAN WHAT WE ALREADY HAVE!!
We have Blatantly Refused to Have any deductions or pay Any More Money that we Already Have.
We Strongly recommend that this is Looked into or We will take this Up as Required and Will Ensure that we Receive a Compensation for all the Harassment caused to Us by your company.
I would Also like to Bring to your attention that we have call records of All conversations and communication so far and this is completely Unnecessary, Unacceptable and an Exploitation of Consumers.
