My videocon smart *k led TV is not working. I have raised a complaint. The technician visited and said part to be replaced. It has been over * to * months still the problem is not resolved. I tried to contact each and every single concern. Either their mobiles are switched off or they will do false promises to repair nothing is changed. Now the customer care is also switched off. Attaching complaint registered details. Please guide me with some solutions.
