I was having issues with the set top box that i was not able to watch my subscribed channel from a month. I raised my issue on customer care and they promised me to change the set top box with in ** hours. I was eagerly waiting for the executive from **rd july but nobody visited me yet. MOREOVER THEY ARE KEEP CLOSING MY REQUEST (Request No *********) WITHOUT ANY RESOLUTION.
