Brief Facts of My Case:
* LED TV purchased from M/s Naveen Electronics with * years warranty
* Issue faced in the month of March in my LED TV
* Compliant raised on **/March/**** vide Complaint Number is LP-************* raised
* The executive visited and checked the TV and also took INR ***/- as visiting charges (Receipt attached herewith).
* As per the communication received from tele-support, part replacement was approved on **/**.
* After several followups on call, e-Mail reminder was sent as follows: On **/June/****, On **/June/ ****, On **/June/****, On **/July/****, On **/July/****, On **/June/****,
* I also raised a complaint at Jaago Grahak Jaago helpline vide Docket No. *******
* Despite of several follow-ups on mail and phone, there is no positive response and the TV is still not functional
