Baniputta Panda filed complaint against Videocon on May 24, 2019
After the cyclone, there is no signal on my TV. I complain at Videocon customer care twice but they were not attending it. They were closing the call without resolving it. Every time they were told that our technicians will attend it but till date, no one has attended. My Videocon subscription is till **nd July **** and each day the subscription amount is getting deducted without using the service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
