I am using Zee* Entertainment since from past year. since from last two months video streaming problem in Android device. I complaint since from last one and half month problem was not resolved. Many time i wrote a mail to support.in@zee*.com, but they sending steps to overcome the error. Customer support asked me to send the picture, video of error. I send the error picture and video to customer care. I requested many times the problems still there but the send the message Problem resolved and closed the complaint. Many times i told with taking the consent of customer how can you close the case. i requested to make a call arrangement at least i can explain to them. but they are not making an arrangement for call also. i fed up this worst customer support from Zee*. Many time i mailed i will go to consumer court also they are not serious about this. The whole processes is going on since from past ** days. Now i Fed up so i complain to Voxya to solve this issue. Zee* should responsible for all this issue.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
