Have lodged a complaint with videocon TV for repair in March ****, it's been * months now and every time they give the same reply and excuse "assure you a quick closure of your case." and "you will receive a call from our Area service In-charge for the same". Kindly help me resolve the issue.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
