A financial fraud has happened to me of Rs. **,***.** on */**/**** through MobiKwik e-wallet (Zip). I received * calls on */**/**** from the number *********** (MobiKwik Support number) between *:**pm to *:**pm on */**/****, stating that someone from unauthorised mobile phone is trying to access my MobiKwik access, to cancel it and protect the account, enter the OTP. Assuming that it is fake call I ignored it. I received the call again from same number, but I did not answer it. Then I received the call again for third time and it said, they authorized the login from that mobile phone, if you still want to protect the account, enter the OTP sent on an SMS. Before I could get that SMS, I started getting more than ** to *** messages with different OTP and from different sender (such as BP-SOUTKT, AX-DLHVRY, Etc.). On *th time I got the same call again to enter the OTP, out of fear of losing the money, I could enter the right OTP on the IVR call and then the Messages stopped coming in.
After all this I logged in to my MobiKwik account and found that Rs. *****.** was used to pay Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited Electricity bill (K No. ************) and ICICI bank credit card from Zip (MobiKwik PayLater account). Below are the Transaction details:

I have sent an email to FraudAlert@MobiKwik.com with all the necessary information on the same day when the fraud activity took place. But there is no update yet even after multiple follow up emails. Not sure if they are really investigating this.
To avoid the negative impact on my CIBIL score (which already did) I have paid the amount of Rs.***** (including the late payment penalty). Now I am being charged with Rs. ****.* as late payment charges. I have sent email to Grievance@mobikwik.com requesting for waive off on */**/**** but no update even after ** working hours as they promised.
Kindly help with refund of the amount which used from ZIP Paylater fraudulently, if possible.
