I placed an order on Vianta Saree (Order ID: NS****C**F*D*BBDE*) for ₹****. The order was delivered on ** May ****.
After receiving the product, I submitted a return request within the allowed period. The status on the company's website shows "Return Requested", but no pickup has been arranged and no refund has been processed.
I contacted the company multiple times through WhatsApp, Instagram and email, but I did not receive any proper response. I also filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Grievance No. *******). Even after the NCH complaint, the company did not respond.
More than ** days have passed since the return request was submitted, but neither the return pickup has been arranged nor the refund has been issued.
I request Vianta Saree to arrange the return pickup immediately and provide a full refund of ₹****.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
