On *th July my vi sim got dead and I went * times to their customer care for taking duplicate sim. Every time they are telling that something happened wrong and try again. It is the number winch iam using for last ** years.All OTP and other things are registered with this mobile number **********.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
