Kaff chimney vasco dhc 60 - Very worst customer experience with Kaff

Hi team,
This is Malik Ahamed from Chittoor town Andhra Pradesh (******), we have purchased Kaff chimney from local retailer on **** , our chimney was not working from past * months, at the time of purchase they have given contact number of sevice team person who is handling service related thing in this region his name is chiranjeevi we made a complaint to him he sent a guy after * weeks they dismantled our chimney and they said motor problem we kept order it will take ** days to replace we waited for one month even after lot of follow ups after ** days he has sent one motar but it is not new motor it's like refurbished or used motor which is not suitable to our chimney , I have shared chimney details , purchase bill details again now it's not working the person who has came to motor replacement I contacted him he is telling again motor issue this is not suitable for your chimney u raise complaint the chiru enterprises guy is not raising complaint on customer name he is raising by him self and charging amount by his own with customer if customers not giving amount for motor he is delaying their service, we have * years of motor warranty but again they are expecting amount from us, This is very bad experience with Kaff chimney we thought it was a good brand but the way service team responding it's worst still issue persist don't know when it will resolve..??
