Tikona - Very slow speed

HI this side Hitesh
I m using Tikona Wifi service from last * and half months and i never got even half speed of the speed as per the plan. even sometimes its less than * m bps. than whats is use of this. after making so many complaints they never resolve or never any of the service man came to resolve this .
