Pure ev E trance PLUS - Very poor shock observer

We bought the pure EV E trance from Kovur Sri enterprises. After purchasing immediately day one we have given complaint that shock observer is not good, they promised it will be services in first service but nothing done on that time. During our *nd service we have told them that our previous complaint was addressed and we want replacement of shock observer but they denied. Such a worst vehicle and no proper service. We request dont go for this pure vehicle plz go with some branded vehicle where you will get proper service
