HITACHI A.C - VERY POOR RESPONSE AFTER SALES HITACHI AC

I had register the complaint on dated **th june regarding window ac servicing & some noise in working time. same day we have received the confirmation & executive contact no.
Next date on dated ** june **** executive call me & confirmed he is coming earliest but he did not responding next *-* hours . After that when I call him he again told me he is coming before *: ** pm , but he is again not responding . I just want to say its not a professional way of customer dealing & your guys make fool the customers. Very casual approach like a local shopkeeper.
How can I believe the brand name of Hitachi.
