Online crave store - Very poor quality of the product Just misleading advertisement

I purchased a vaccum cleaner from Online Crave Store for Rs. ***/- . The product is very poor in quality and not useful at all. They claim very high in the advertisement. Surprisingly, there is no return product option available on the stores website. Merely a Refund Policy tab is given with some details about the policy. It's totally a fraud website. Pls help to get refund.
