mondelez india/cadbury dairy milk - Very poor quality of product almost inedible

I have purchased a dairy milk silk red velvet which has MFD date **/**/**** and expiry date of **/**/**** (Code I*****C*) After opening the packet I found it had strange oily smell as well as the inner white wrapper was greasy almost soaked in oil. The chocolate also smelled the same. I have tried this variety a lot but never across this bizarre oily smell. Quality like this is not expected from dairy milk.
