I have call customer support in morning to ask my order status as delivery date was mentioned **th September, **** & today is **th September, ****.
So, they answered me like I will contact to delivery partner & then will update you but they didn't call me back then at *:** PM I again call them to know the status so, again they told me that you will get asap but I require exact status so, they told me that we can not deliver you on time so, we have to register complaint but as their complaint registration system is not working they asked me to call back after few days.
Now same thing happened with me previously, before * or * month I faced some issue and I asked them to register complaint and they answered like our system is not working so, kindly call after some time and after few days I forgot to call them and they save their self from the complaint.
If they are not able to provide expected support to customer then why they are in market why we keep such things in market, don't we have strong rules for customer support?
