AVINASH KAKKAR filed complaint against Bses on Jun 2, 2019
I am the subscriber of bses Rajdhani having ca no *********. I am getting low voltage and fluctuated voltage supply in my house during night hrs due to which my ac and fridge not operating in this intense heat. I have complained so many times on bses app but in vain. Bses app is only a demo piece. Moreover, I tweeted so many tweets on their official bses twitter handle but they have only provided me complaint no *********** and nothing else. After repeated tweets, they only conveyed to me that your complaint has been sent to the concerned department. Our ministers also take prompt action if any problem posted on their twitter account. But bses people are deaf and dumb. Kindly help me regarding this.
