OYO hotel shanu - Very badly managed property in terms of cleaning and maintenance

Check in experience was so bad, Rooms cleaning and hygiene was on toss, the reception guy treat customers as if he is doing favour by proving us the rooms, since I made online payment he was very disappointed maybe he was looking for cash in counter, AC, Fan and TV was switched off when ask he said rudely yes not working and you want to stay or not your choice, No water , no towels and no hot water supply in rooms. I strongly recommend OYO management to take serious actions against This property. NO ONE SHOULD STAY IN THIS PROPERTY. Very Bad experience
