Hari filed complaint against Samsung India on Dec 11, 2018
We bought a high end refrigerator from Samsung from which water is leaking from the freezer into the fridge. The tech said due to brittle quality of plastics in the insolation foam this happened. Have the video in which the plastic is just coming of like dust in high end fridge. The company says it's irreparable and so we don't have to anything. After calling couple of times. They say ok we as per rules are not obligated to do anything it's your problem, but as a good will gesture will give Rs*****. What nonsense. Why would I want ***** for so costly high end fridge. Had similar experiences with their high end TV but to give warranty they got away asking bills which where lost. They had serial number and record but wanted the "bill". * useless high end products failed in this year in our house. Definitely the Samsung quality is going down the drain day by day.
