Dear team , it was **/*/**** matter but still no any action against service centre, it is totally matter of unacceptable things , it is matter of employees misbehaviour, very bad way of talking ,very long time harassment and big matter of defamation, also against very high charges demand for *th paid service,
I am explaining here all matter ,I hope I will get justice
** March morning I call for appointment of my car *th service , he gives **.**p.m. time
I reached aapprox *p.m. , i told him a.c. not cooling also need *th service ,after one hour Mr.luv walia and one other employee attende me, with very bad behaviour ( body language and way of talking very bad )he told me *****rs for service charges, I request please check my a.c.also, he told me please wait, after * hours waiting nobody's checkup my car a.c.,
After * hours waiting, I was feel very bad still I am waiting, I was some angry because nobody's to attend me All employees chairs was empty, I opened my mobile camera and start recording, after some time all service centre employees comes and started misbehaviour with me ,now he told me shutdown your camera, some employees rebused me after it service manager told me your service schedule not ok so you can not get Ew waranty,( I want to inform here about waranty, my Ew waranty extended last year, i have pay ***** approx for warranty extinction last date ** April **** , he told me my service schedule was not ok but I want to inform you when waranty extinction that time also my service schedule was not proper, I want to ask here if my waranty schedule history was not proper then why he have to done waranty extension that time he want money for extasion so he no want follow any rules and regulations but when I want claim that time he told me your service schedule is not ok ,it is totally unacceptable).
He told me It will be chargeable, i told him first please check which part is problem please check and send for company for approval request, he not agree for summit approval request . very long time argument with me.I told him first please checkup my a.c. first, I want to know what is actually problem in my car a.c ,then approx *.**pm he agree to checkup ,problem was very little only a.c.low pressure pipe was broken ,I request service manager please send for approval to company because waranty extended ,waranty last date ** April **** , if company rejection then I will pay you, he not agree summit for approval request , after ** minutes argument he agree to summit for approval, in this time I ask how much will be charges if insurance reject then approx *.** p.m. Mr.walia gives me a estimate of charges he want *****rs (***** for *th service+**** for a.c.) approx *.** approval rejection,I agree for payment after it he repaired my a.c now he told me no have time for service without service I come back at approx *.**p.m. , I am feeling very bad experience, if anybody not agree with me then please check all cctv records of service centre you can understand all matter
