Reliance Smart Fatima Nagar Pune - very bad and unethical service experience from Reliance Smart

Regarding clothes exchange Complaint ID TTN*******
My name is ********i am purchased multiple clothes for gifting purpose in Reliance Smart in Bangalore City
Few days back I am have come State of Maharashtra in Pune City Also visited my nearest store Reliance Smart due to some clothes exchange the reason is product is not like.
At that time visiting store. Me my wife and my *.* years old little girl went to the store at that time *:** pm , very bad and unethical service experience from your store
There was one senior person in there staff checked physical Bill and i don't know he why is not allowing exchange and Also he talked like very casual and he is sending me to with my family to Reliance Trends.
I am immediately went to the store Reliance Trends and requested to change the product but same experience there one of your staff talked "Sir not possible to change here due to this Bill is Reliance Smart so Requesting you go there same Reliance Smart Store and Exchange it" Then i immediately went to the same shop me and with my family I am talked with manager and asking why your staff sending me Reliance Trends so he not verified how is talking with me
He check physical Bill again and given same resion clothes not exchange here
I am requesting for clothes exchange but he gives Ans where from buy this clothes exchange only same Store not allowed other stores and cities
Finally the clothes is not exchange till date also my self, My wife and my *.*year old little girl suffered this exchange process
I requested to your company Reliance Smart don't give false commitment to the customer
After that I am calling customer care he not solved this query
