meesho and Valmo courier - Verbal abuse by customer service of Valmo courier

My order is missing and was not able to track the parcel hence I googled the contact number of Valmo courier and called the number ***********,I asked him to give the contact number of a perticular location but he said he ll track the parcel from his end,so I gave him the tracking details, then he asked me the mode of payment, and asked me to give the screenshot of it,which I refused saying you don't need that to track the parcel, this person got mad and started using abusive language and hung up the call on me. Please check if this contact number is legit and authorised by Valmo courier, and if it is an authorised contact by this courier Service ,I want an apology for such ill behaviour from this person and as well as from the company for hiring such personal.
