Bajaj chetak electric scooter - Vehicle repeatedly acting up

I took delivery of Bajaj Chetak **** on **/**/****.

This vehicle gives me the same complaint multiple times since the last one month.
Complaint as detected and informed by the service centre Vennala was that the Amaron battery was getting discharged or not charging.

Second service: **/**/****
Reported complaint of main battery and allegedly replaced with a new battery.

On **/**/****, the vehicle was non responsive to the key. On **/**/**** It was towed from Samaritan Hospital pazhanganad to vennala service centre using Cochin Cranes facility provided by RODA. The complaint as reported by Vennala service centre was that the auxiliary battery was dysfunctional. Allegedly a new auxiliary battery was installed and the vehicle was received from the centre on **/**/****.

On **/**/****, the vehicle was non responsive AGAIN to the key. It was towed on **/**/**** from Mahalakshmi Apartments Tripunithura to Vennala service centre using Cochin Cranes facility provided by RODA. The complaint as reported by Vennala service centre AGAIN was that the auxiliary battery was dysfunctional. Allegedly a new auxiliary battery was installed and the vehicle was received from the centre nearly a week later on **/**/****.

Today the vehicle shows the same complaint and is NOT RESPONDING to the key.

My average running is around **mins per day.

I want a complete refund of the amount I paid to purchase the vehicle. You can take the vehicle back. I do not wish to take a chance with this vehicle anymore and I also do NOT wish to have any other kind of resolution to this problem.
