Om Navdurga Motors Pvt Ltd - VEHICLE REGISTRATION ISSUES FOR MY NEW CAR

I Mr Balaram Lakra have purchased a car Renault kwid RXL model from OM DURGA MOTORS PVT.LTD Rourkela odisha on **/**/****. So my vehicle registration should be from Rourkela RTO but the dealer is saying by mistakenly the vehicle is registered at Keonjhar RTO. So I have requested them several times to rectify it with their staff Mr. Alok kumar singh and Mr. Sashikant Sharma but they are saying only we will rectify it but it has became * months still not rectified. Despite of such false promise i have asked for a written and they have given me a handwritten with deadline feb** **** but still not rectified it and providing me keonjhar RTO registration number. I have mailed to renault company but still then my problem not solved and really i am mentally harassed by their service. When my all loan documents are processed from SBI rourkela branch how could they register my vehicle to keonjhar RTO. So i kindly request you to look after my case and solve it as soon as possible as i am a Senior Citizen I cant run all the time to the dealer. I wil attach the related documents required.
