Honda Two Wheelers - Vehicle RC not Received

Hello Sir,
I am Akash. I was married on **th Feb'**. My father in law purchase a new Activa *G **** from Paras Honda, Hathin on **th Feb'**. At the time of registration at Rto Office Nuh. I found that the temp number was registered in Palwal Authority & i have to cancelled that Registration from Palwal Rto after that i am able to registered that in Rto Nuh. I gave those papers to Paras Honda, Hathin on *nd April ****. from that it is almost * Months. I didn't receive my RC or Correct Document for registration. Every time Paras Honda, Palwal (Main Branch) told me it will take * or * days to gave my correct papers back . But i didn't received that till date. So please help me in receving my Documents or RC from paras honda, Hathin. Please assure that who is going to pay the late fee which i have to pay on my registration.
