Auto World Private Limited - Vehicle RC not received

We have purchased honda activa *G in the month of April-****, from authorised dealer of honda named as AUTO WORLD situated in ambala cantt. But since April they are failed to provide the registration of vehicle. Every time i asked for RC of the vehicle, they says RC will be provided in * day, in * days. But even after lapse of * months, they have not provided the same. I am even not in position to ride bike activa, because it is illegal to ride vehicle without RC. Kindly help me to resolve the issue or give my money back.
