Advaith Hyundai Orr Bellandur - Vehicle Not Delivered on time

I have Booked Huyndai i** Nios Sportz on **nd August **** with a Booking amount of Rs. ****. I have been told that I will receive the Vehicle by End of September. after *-* weeks they said they have to change the Model and then I have agreed for that. They sent an email and I sent my acceptance. they said They will deliver the Vehicle by November last week. But after which neither i received an update nor the vehicle. WHenever I reached out them for the update, I just got poor response and lame excuses.
I have told them to cancel the booking and send my booking amount back. again they didnt respond for that as well. Today **th Jan **** SO far No response and I havent received my Vehicle. Hence I need the Booking Money, and my * months Fuel allowances (Which i missed from my Company) which amounts to *****/- also, I have undergone lot of Mental pressure which needs to be compensated as well..
