Sarvesh ford - Vehicle not delivered

On **/**/**** (First service) I asked M/s. Sarvesh Ford service - Tiruvannamalai, the above-registered vehicle. When my car was being serviced by them, was the direct cause of the vehicle breaking down the second time. The vehicle is given this fault on **/**/** (First Service). The bill for this work was [***.** Rupees].
After the service my car getting the same problem. So I give the vehicle on **/**/**** (Second-time service).
When I collected the vehicle from them on **/**/****, I was told that you had carried out a “full service”, had diagnosed particular faults: Engine shuts off while driving –Mechanical Fault
The bill for this work was [*,***.** Rupees]. On **/**/****, * days after the service, the vehicle developed serious faults [Engine shuts off while travelling & speedometer light, Indications light not working], rendering the vehicle unfit to drive. Given that I use my car on a daily basis and I was many miles from their service centre. I had no option but to have the necessary work carried out on the vehicle costing [*,***.** +*** Rupees] to rectify. A copy of the receipt for that work is enclosed.
As of now the vehicle not delivered /repaired. Several follow up in emails to Ford customer care services and telephone calls regarding the vehicle status. Nearly * months completed still I not get my vehicle. And there is no response from the service dealer for the mails. Now the vehicle in Vellore Sarvesh Ford Service Centre.
