Dayal Packers Movers - Vehicle delivered with heavily damaged and on worst condition and lots of Fraud

We enquired from https://www.movingsolutions.in/ to move my car from Pune to Patna and moving solutions provided me with * vendors and we book Dayal Packers Movers. Earlier they sent us a quotation of RS *****/- on *th August **** and after negotiations, it was finalized at RS *****/- Inc GST. We paid the amount and my car was picked up from Pune on *th August ****. On **th August when we enquired about the loading of the vehicle they said it will be done today and after that, we got an invoice from Dayal Packers Mover of Rs *****/- and asking us to pay it ASAP. Till **th August we got FAKE numbers of Truck drivers and they are saying we are reaching in * to * days. After we got a call from (ROHIT) member of Dayal Packers movers to pay the remaining amount then also they will deliver my car to my doorstep. We amount amounts in instalment RS *****/- then also my car didn't deliver. On **nd August they asked us to pay RS****/- more for insurance and shared with us a video that my car is in Patna and we need to pay the remaining amount so that it will get delivered. We agreed to pay as we didn't have any choice and asked them to send the Insurance paper from where they did the insurance of our car. They sent us a fake TATA AIG INSURANCE POLICY COPY Issued date of **/**/****. We had to pay RS *****/- in total instead of the quotation RS *****/- After receiving my car at my doorstep we found our car was accidental, heavily damaged, and driven ****KM. It was not at all loaded into a cargo container truck. With the Fuel task completely empty, removed my FASTAG and lots of cigarettes buds inside my car. We will be raising a separate complaint regarding damages with Nature if Grievance as Damages Delivery as we have given our car to a service station and the estimate of loss if more than RS *****/-
