Dear Anand Mahindra sir,
I am being mentally tortured by your incapable service department.
I had bought ScorpioN last year. It was registered on **th Oct'** and regn no. is MH**MF****. I bought it from Arnav Automobiles/ Mahindra Modi situated at Survey no. ***, RD, Ashar compound, Rd number **, CP talav, Wagle estate, Thane west. Not even one year old vehicle.
Sir on **th Oct'**, my vehicle was not getting started so i tried to reach out to the service dept and the sales guy, who sold me the vehicle but just got a helpline number. The RSA helpline number was not able to solve my problem. so i got another number of your customer care dept. Again, after hours of discussions, the solution was given that i will have to bring my vehicle at ground floor AT MY OWN RISK AND AT MY OWN EXPENSES. Well, sir you should know that most of your **Lacs plus priced vehicle owners, live in multistoried societies with multistoried car parking. How will your RSA help them?????
So i had to arrange for a towing vehicle at my own expenses and fulfilled the condition kept by your RSA.
Finally, RSA picked my car from ground floor and reached the workshop site at *:**pm. Every employee was busy with new customers and i was not let in till *:**pm. Then i was asked to drop the vehicle at entry gate and later the vehicle was pushed to take it near service facility.
No paperwork was done and your service guy told me that i would be intimated next day but till now no update....** hours passed.
My friend and my wife visited Arnav auto yesterday, but no senior staff wanted to meet them. Why sir???? only selling vehicles is important. What about After sales service????
Anand sir, service is the backbone of any industry, and your existing customers are your brand ambassadors but shockingly it does not applies at your service centers.
I have been part of corporates and always followed "Customer Centricity" as my core objective.
Sir i have never trusted Indian branded vehicles and have bought only Chevrolet, Renault, Ford and Hyundai. For the first time i went for an Indian brand and too i bought ScorpioN as i read somewhere that you too drive one.
Today i am in pain as i don't have any update as what is happening with my vehicle and it is already ** hours past.
Sir i request you to replace my vehicle as i don't trust the existing vehicle anymore.
