Kia Seltos - Vehicle Booked But sold to Other Customer

Due to unavoidable situations I could not take the delivery on time (It was supposed to be on **th Jan) and I was informed Madhu/Ajay to keep the vehicle on HOLD.



Initial Discussion:

Loan amount is already disbursed to KIA without cancellation. We will not be able to give it to different customers.
It will be second owner if we give it to different customer


I was confirmed that the Vehicle has been SOLDED to different customer . Why ?

In spite of confirming back to your team saying to keep my vehicle on HOLD.



Received an email from TL Srinivasan to my personal email id on *th Feb’** – **:** saying As per our discussion with Mr. Ajay, We are go ahead with cancellation of your vehicle Invoice, Insurance and Loan Closure. There will be a loan foreclosure charges and Interest will be charged by the bank. Whatever charges is there it will be deduct in the amount(Rs.*****/-) which you paid, Apart from this if any extra charges is there you have to pay separately
Responded the same day @ **:** Request you to share the deduction amount before going ahead. Post that I will decide.
Received an email from TL Srinivasan on **th Feb’** @ **:** Loan Amount is disbursed is Rs.*******/-, Settlement Amount we have to Pay Rs.*******/- including Interest, One month EMI and Foreclosure Charges . Kindly confirm to Refund the amount to Bank.
Responded on **th Feb @ **:** am: I will take delivery next week
