I booked airline tickets on **-Dec-**** through Varafi.com for Bangalore to ranchi. The tickets got confirmed and it got aborted within * min and got call from them mentioning the reservation is aborted and the refund will be done in * days. But haven’t received the refund yet. Tried reaching on their customer care number just keeps us in the queue for more than ** mins or so but no response from them.
Please help me to get refund . Thank you
