Honda Cars India Ltd - Value Added Services charged by Honda Dealership

In the service done by the Dealer (Courtesy Honda- Karnal), Labor Amt of **** has been charged, and in the next service (third service of vehicle) done by another dealer, I realised that labor for first three services is free of cost. Irrespective of that, in the second service the labor cost has been charged in my invoice and I have raised it multiple times with the dealer but they haven't helped. No approval was taken regarding the Value Added Services including, AC Cleaner disinfectant, Motor Care Treatment Value Added Service. I was only informed regarding the Wheel Alignment and Wheel Balancing, to which I had agreed verbally and it was mentioned. There is no justification provided for adding the other value added services, which dealership chose to add on their own without my approval.
