I had taken Vacuum Cleaner and before purchase I had told the Sales Person that I may return within ** days. I had also seen online https://www.eurekaforbes.com/return-and-replacement-policy/ about the refund process in Eureka Forbes website .
Many times I called after registering complaint number ********** and even emailed to deepa.customercare@eurekaforbes.com and ceo@eurekaforbes.co.in.
Please help.
