Tulips - Using Faulty Machines un Trained Staff for Kids Hair Cuts

My kids had a hair cut at Tulips Thrissur and due to carelessness of the firm and the staff by using a damaged trimmer, my younger kid (* years old ) had * cuts on her ear abd the elder one ( * years old ) had one cut on her ear even after knowing that the trimmer machine is faulty, which made several blood spots on my kids. The staff complaint that its due to the faulty trimmer and the managment is not even ready to accept the same and agree that its the fault of machine.

Management is not even bothered to speak to us, even after repeated requests and if this is the way its done, please we need your support to expose these people to make the parents aware of the danger of using un higen machines and causing a cut which brings blood on our kids. The danger is that, this may be the cause of Aids or any conntageous decises.
