Vastrame - Used worn off different low quality product

I had ordered a combo pack of * Kurtis worth rs. ***. I get my order on this Sunday, **th jun ****. When I opened it and see I m shocked, because the product they have had sent me is totally different from which I ordered. They sent me * pack of very low quality Kurtis which are used, worn off, becz I get hair on the Kurtis. After that when I try to contact them for return and for money back their provided phone number on website and packaging is switched off, so I send them * e-mail but they didn't respond till the date.. I want strict action should be taken on this site.. Otherwise they will make people fool and make fraud like this continually.. I want my money back.. Please help someone..
