I have ordered a Whirlpool AC from Flipkart, which has been delivered to me in used condition. After so many complaints, Flipkart is asking me to contact the Whirlpool for the replacement, whereas Whirlpool denied for replacement asking to contact the seller, i.e. Flipkart. This loop of calling Flipkart and Whirlpool is going for more than past ** days. Flipkart, please give me either a replacement or refund for this ASAP.
