Logitech HD Webcam - Used Product Delivered

I ordered Logitech Webcam from Tata Cliq. I got the Product and the outer brown box was totally wet and then I opened the box and the inner product box wasn't looking new and seal was already broken.
I opened the box to check the webcam and there was dust particles already on it.
Since past *-* days I'm contacting Tata cliq support and they are saying Electronics team is busy and they'll arrange callback and will call within ** hrs. And I dont receive any call instead receive mail saying we tried to reach you and call went unanswered.
But I had a talk with electronics team * times - first time they mentioned if you received broken seal product you shouldn't have opened box which is absolutely ridiculous. Any person on this planet who ordered a product even with a broken seal, damaged box or anything will open the box to see if product is there or not, if product is used or not as human is curious. SO Tata cliq rejected by return request and disconnected call from there end.
Second day, I again called and after so many attempts I got connected with Electronics team and I mentioned that I did not opened product which contradicts with my previous statement but when I tried to explain them about this call got disconnected.
Later when I again called there agent told me ki Seal aap ne todi h - at this point I got furious and then call got transferred to so called supervisor because Electronics team was busy.
SO this supervisor lady said return is rejected because I said contradicted statement and disconnected call.

So the thing is seal was broken, I opened the upper layer of box and from there I saw the dust and fingerprints on plastic wrapper without touching webcam which I wanted to say earlier when I said I did not open product.
