Flipkart Xiaomi - Used Phone Delivered

I have ordered through Flipkart a Redmi k** Pro on **th October **** (OD******************). I got it by **th October **** & I am shocked. It was either a used phone or a refurbished one. Product's package seal was torn & resealed by some fancy orange seal. Inside the box the smartphone has several fingerprints, charger have scratches, data cable was dirty also. I contacted Flipkart and told them everything they initiate replacement request and cancelled twice ( Replacement ID ******************** & ID******************** ) & later they blocked my account. Now they're denying everything. I'm undergoing a severe mental pressure for this. Please help me out. I want replacement or refund.
