Lenovo India - Used Laptop sold by saying new one

I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad ***s laptop for Rs. ***** from White House Infotech Showroom, Hisar (Haryana).
To my surprise when I started using it, I found that some one else has already used it by downloading software on it ** days back even when it was purchased as brand new by me and opened from a sealed box.
It is also making scratching noise. I am afraid of loosing my hard earned money as both lenovo and White house Infotech are not supporting me.
Feeling cheated by these looters.
Help me please.
