Ordered LG Bluetooth earphones. Got fake used product. Took pictures and mailed to support email id. They have stopped responding.

Customer care number is never answered. 'Contact Us' page on the website is non-functional sicne several months.
This has been causing me severe mental agony and financial strain.
Please process and refund my amount in full.
