mi TV - Usable to watch programms in my smart android TV since many days

Sir,
I am unable to watch Zee* programs in my mi TV. The Zee* app. asks me to enter login. Please give me login code.
My mobile no. is **********.
I purchased Rs. ***/- annual pack and it is already active since **th August ****.
I am able to watch Zee* programs in my mobile phone no. **********.
I tried all.instructions given in www.zee*/help , but I did not find my account where I have to enter activation displayed on my TV.screen when login is pressed.
Please activate Zee* app. at your end so that I shall be able to watch Zee* programs on my TV screen. Please do the needful at the earliest as possible and oblige me please.
