Meesho - Urgent Wrong Package Delivered and Unable to Raise Return Request

My name is Pranita, and I am from Thane, Mumbai. I recently received a package from Meesho, but instead of the product I ordered, the package contained garbage and paper inside. This is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, this app is not allowing me to proceed with the return request or select the option for “Wrong Package Delivered.”
