JDVVNL Rajasthan - Urgent request for restoring electricity connection CA No at Aau Village Phalodi Rajasthan

Dear Sir,

I am writing to you with an urgent request for restoring the electricity connection CA No. ************** at my home in Aau Village, Phalodi. I have taken the connection from Nokhada Patawatan **KV Feeder Aau and the lineman's name is Ashok Bishnoi (Mobile No.-**********) I do not know the name of the JEN as he is newly transferred.

My mother is living alone at home and she has been suffering from frequent power cuts for the last *-* days. Someone is intentionally disconnecting my home light connection and nobody is responding at the village level. I have tried many times to call the lineman but he is saying that I should talk to the AEN.

I humbly request you to please look into this matter and instruct the village level officer to resolve the issue on an immediate basis. I am working out of Rajasthan and no one is caring for this case. Previously, I have faced the same issue and filed an online complaint but I did not get any positive solution. That is why I am marking this email to you for support.

Please try to understand my situation and help me out. I am waiting for your positive response.
