I am writing to bring to your attention the persistent issues I have encountered with my TCL TV (Model no. **P***), purchased from Lotus Electronics, Bhopal, on **/**/****.
On **th December ****, I formally reported a complaint (Complaint Number: IN************) regarding the appearance of black patches on the screen to TCL. Subsequently, on January *, ****, a TCL technician, Mr. Shaif Khan, visited my residence and took my TV for repair, providing a refurbished unit as a replacement. Unfortunately, I was not informed in advance that my original TV would not be returned. This lack of communication has been a source of significant dissatisfaction.
The replacement refurbished TV exhibited the same screen problems, leading to the filing of another complaint (Complaint Number: IN************). Regrettably, another technician came and mentioned that a component of the refurbished TV required replacement.
I have formally requested TCL to address the initial complaint by either repairing the specific part in my original TV or providing a brand-new replacement. However, I am disheartened by the prolonged resolution process, which has taken more than a month without a solution.
I kindly request your intervention to facilitate the prompt and satisfactory resolution of my complaint. Your assistance in expediting this matter would be greatly appreciated.
