am facing great difficulty in following up on my crocs return order. I had ordered two pairs of crocs and found the size not fit and placed a return the next day.
The order of the crocs was received from bluedart with cash on delivery on **th November ****. The item was placed for return the same day and delivery agent assigned was bluedart again from shiprocket. There is a waybill no. Assigned.
The delivery agent came on **th November **** for taking the return items. He had shown both the images of the crocs for return (in mobile the image of the crocs with return) and on confirmation I had given the entire package received.
I made a call to crocs support team and confirmed that both the orders are in transit. Because I was getting call from shiprocket for return of the item again even after giving it to bluedart agent.
Now crocs team is confirming only one of the crocs is received and refund initiated. The other pair of crocs is not received. The same team confirmed it's in transit now they are asking to send a reference image of the return which I don't have any.
Approaching bluedart twice on the issue they are telling they will ask the local service team but didn't get any response from them too.
I am tired of the hassle created everyday. It's the due responsibility of the bluedart and crocs to coordinate and help me resolve this issue immediately.
I want my complete refund of Rs ****. I cannot stay silent with the half refund and no crocs in my hand. I am being fooled away by someone and it's not my fault totally.
Need a swift action on the issue. Attached all the images for reference. Kindly look at the issue and provide me a solution immediately.
